Just a quick anecdote: According to a recent commercial we saw, Advair (new drug to treat both causes of asthma) has an interesting side effect. It said that it may increase the chances of asthma-related death. Not too enticing to me, but hey, if that’s your thing…

Still exercise-induced. I just learned that it has its own acronym: EIA. It is a different thing completely from regular asthma. I don’t ever suffer anything unless I’m doing heavy-breathing stuff in cold and/or dry air. This must be the place for me, huh?

I thought asthma medicine was supposed to DECREASE the chances of asthma related death. 🙂
